Many of our discounts reflect comparison prices, which are references to the typical retail prices of the same or similar wines at online wine retailers or specialty stores. When identical wines are not available, we compare to wines of similar type, quality, and origin. Prices may vary among other sellers and over time, but our dedicated team strives to give you an accurate comparison based on prices where we believe substantial sales of the same or similar wines have been made, either in-store or online. At Grapey, our mission is to deliver exceptional value to you every day—it's the foundation of everything we do.

Meet the winemaker - Château Laniote
Château Laniote has been in Arnaud de la Filolie’s family for almost two centuries. The property was created in 1816 by a Saint-Emilion wine merchant named Pierre Lacoste, who purchased a cellar and some neighboring vines, then gradually enlarged the estate through 1844.
The grapevines of Saint-Emilion de Laniote are the combination of the calcareous clay soil of the Saint-Emilion plateau and the southwest orientation which gives us long-keeping wines, powerful wines with fruity, toasted, vanilla scents with a sweetness in the mouth and a powerful and velvety tannic structure.
These wines are aged for 12 months in oak barrels which allows getting a good viscosity.
